This website is and will always be free to use. However, some rules are required to prevent abuse and that’s why this “terms of use” is necessary: To prevent the use from abusers. Also note that, when you use this website, you agree to these terms.

I promise I’m not going to bore you to death with a long terms of use:

1. You may not use a nickname that you do not own ingame.
2. You may not use your page to host or promote illegal content.
3. You may not use your page to host content that is inappropriate for minors.
4. You will follow the game’s TOS which includes restrictions, but is not limited to: Harassment in Game, Impersonating PP Staff / CAs, Spreading Rumor, Chat Abuse or Spam, Advertising 3rd Party, Real World Trade. Quick clarification: Posting multiple battles with the same player is not considered harassment. On the other hand, one video that contains “nick naming” or “foul words” targeting a player is considered harassment.
5. Sharing videos (like battles) is allowed and encouraged but the content inside, including audio, may not infringe the rules.
6. You understand your profile is public and that your content / video will be shared with other UWO players. Short and edited battle videos may be featured in this website or UWO-HQ.
7. The website is provided in a “as is” basis with no guarantees.

This website makes monthly backups so in case anything goes wrong it can be restored in 20 min to the last known good “image”. I’ve never needed to use (or seen it happen) in any of my sites though.
